When will my order ship?
Our products ship after 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details and information you need to receive your products.
Can I cancel my order?
As soon as an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it if it has already been processed. For any order that is cancelled within 30 minutes before processing, a $20 cancelation fee will be charged. If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customers experience and want to ensure a stress free shopping experience . If there is any issues with our products, we will happily provide you with a full refund.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
-With a subject of (Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it

Step 2: Our team will contact you (within 2 to 4 business days) with our address to ship your item back.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item plus an additional $5 (as a sorry :D) Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to land in your bank account, so we kindly ask you to be patient :)

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.
Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
A shipping fee may be charged.

Why won't my order go through, help?

Make sure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card/debit card. Also make sure the name you enter matches your credit card.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and which option you choose at checkout.
Who ships my package?
Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by e-packet. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier depending on the service available.

What if you put the wrong shipping address?
If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
